Went to Shades for the first time today and loved it! So much so I’m swapping hairdressers and making Shades my go too. All ladies were lovely and listened to how I wanted my hair and hair colour - it came out great! Even got my brows done at the end, the lady was quick and they looked awesome! Highly recommend :)

The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering refreshments and there was a relaxed atmosphere. The hair washing experience was very pleasant and products smelled lovely. The stylist who cut my hair was very nice and seemed competent, however due to the salon being short staffed I felt this part was pretty rushed and I would have had a better result and overall experience if she could have taken more time doing it. £25 is a lot of money for a 5 minute hair cut. The receptionist was very apologetic and explained there had been a problem with the online booking with treatwell and they'd done their best to accommodate me.
