Lourdes highlighted and cut my hair and I couldn't speak more highly of her. She's brilliant, it turned out even better than I imagined and the colour is perfect. Would definitely return to Lourdes! The salon itself is in need of a little tlc but it's comfortable and good value - the price advertised on Treatwell is subject to T&C's so be prepared to pay more when you get there.

Its was amazing experience, and staff was so friendly. Great thing about this venue , you can get everything under one roof, like hair , waxing , lashes , spray tan . Will definitely be back and highly recommended to everyone one . 😊

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I dont really have any choice. I was a new customer to this salon, on arrival I was sat down in a chair, no issue there. The junior took me over to wash my hair, that was fine, but the lady who ended up cutting my hair didn’t even acknowledge me before the hair wash, let alone have a look at my hair while it was dry....no basic consultation whatsoever. It wasn’t until she came to cut my hair that she asked what I wanted. I advised her (she didn’t introduce herself so no idea what her name was) that I was growing my hair so just wanted the ends taken off. She proceeded to cut my hair, took slightly more than just the ends but it seemed ok, dried it off and then cut my fringe. That was ok but it was a bit blunt (I asked for it not to be blunt) and then she started checking the cut. She started cutting more hair off around 1 of my ears so one side was straight and the other was at quite an angle!! She asked was it ok, I said yes as I didn’t want anymore taking off. I evened them up when I got home, then found a long strand/small bunch at the back of my head that my daughter had to cut off as it was sticking out.
I won’t be going back to this salon and can’t honestly recommend it either. It was a bit of a shambles, with 1 lady directing everyone what to do. It seemed very amateurish

I found shades by chance and how lucky was I.Very friendly and helpful smashing place.Anna who did my hair was new herself but she was excellent a lovely cut and did me some amazing curls. Thank you 😊

Absolutely fantastic service - so grateful. Mum and 2 daughters with 12 yr age gap all very happy with the experience. Only thing I was a bit surprised by was the price difference between what was advertised on Treatwell and what we actually ended up paying. I expected to pay approximately £50---- and ended up paying £107--- which from the purposes of advertising was far too different. However, apart from this advertising cliche I can only commend the service we received, the best hair cuts we have all had in years, with so much care and attention given to detail. Thank you. to Shades staff.
