It was great 👍🏻 experience, i had hair cut and eyebrow done and i am looking totally fresh. Hair cut is on the spot. I gave 10 out of 10 to my hairdresser. Eyebrow looking amazing. Thanks shades team 💖 to make me fabulous 😘

The haircut was not done well at all - there were strands of long hair left behind the ear and the fringe was cut so short which is not what I asked for - I am currently waiting for a refund from the salon although this was not easy to arrange.

Hairdresser cut too much off, even when I explained I’d only like the ends off. No products were used to protect or style the hair after the cut.

Pleasant experience - staff very friendly and salon nicely looked after. A tad disappointed in the actual lashes, seemed to be more on one side than the other and felt like I had to be very careful not to touch my eyes as they were placed quite far away from the lash line. Not quite what I was hoping for.
