I came in for a cut and highlights. Highlights The lady who did my highlights was great, she was very careful and detailed and even though I've got lots of thick hair she didn't rush. This is not very common as colouring my hair usually takes about twice the time as for other people, which means that some hairdressers rush through it. I was then left to sit around while my highlights developed and then taken to another lady to get my hair washed. Hair washing This was a bit of a disaster. The lady wore rubber gloves and was really rough although very friendly. The problem was that I could barely speak as I was struggling not to squirm while it felt like she was pulling my scalp off. Now, I agree, this is a bit of my own fault as I felt too polite to say that anything is wrong. Another thing about hair washing that I didn't really enjoy was a sales pitch. I was asked over and over again to like them on Facebook, rate them on here, tell all my friends about them, etc. When I saw myself again after the hair washing, the skin around my hairline was all pink and irritated... Hair brushing I feel bad even including this section. I think an apprentice girl was asked to brush my hair out and make it ready for the cut. I have no idea why (because she also had long and thick hair), but she started brushing my very wet hair from the top (everyone who's got long hair knows that you are supposed to start from the bottom) creating tangles everywhere and it was very painful again. And again, I felt too polite to say anything...During this I was also visited by yet another lady from the salon who did more pitching about how great they are and how I must tell everyone about them. Hair cut My cut was done by the same lady who did the highlights. She was very lovely again, listened to what I wanted and did the cut quite quickly. Overall The core services I was there for - cut and highlights - were done very well. However, hair washing and brushing was so painful that it almost upstages the quality of the cut and highlights. I really didn't enjoy the strong sales pitch either although the people themselves were never rude. Would I recommend it? Depends. If you are happy to tell them when something is wrong, then yes. If you are like me, too polite, then maybe not.

As always i am happy with my eyebrows and i had done my super volume lashes as well. They looks amazing. I love them , highly recommended for this salon 💇‍♀️ 👍🏻❤️

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lourdes washed, cut and blow dried my hair. I was given the choice whether I wanted it straightened or curled, you don’t get that at many salons. Will definitely be going back! My mom also came with me, from seeing how well I was treated she also got her hair cut on the same day.

Lordes who did my hair was amazing, I love the colour she did. However while I was there I got persuaded to get my lash extensions Infilled, apparently the lash technician had been doing it for 7 years and was amazing. So to save myself time later on I decided to give them a try. They are the worst lash extensions I have had. They are pointing in all different directions and one eye is completely different to the other. They’re clumpy and half the lashes aren’t even attached near the lash line. Instead of saving myself time I’m going to have to go and spend more money getting these removed and redone. The lady doing them stopped about three times to speak to other customers and clearly wasn’t concentrating. Hair was amazing, such a shame about the lashes I wish I had never got them done.
