Brilliant value for money, an enjoyable massage from Ellie- really helped my back, had my nails and eyebrows done after- no complaints. Venue wise, hopefully when the basement where the massages are is refurbished it will feel cosier and more like a massage room, at the moment it's in a bit of a transient state and you feel like you're just walking into a store room.

Generally good service, however was taken surprise by the price. The website said it was going to be £20, then I was charged £32. Also cannot use card machine. During my visit I asked about the hair oil she used -then, although I said I may come back and buy it, the sales pitch for 2 different items was too strong.

Went in for my first ever visit to have a hair colour by Chloe, and had a very warm welcome. I was well looked after by Chloe who was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to people and I will be returning.
Service was quite slow, hairdresser was very distracted and I was in a rush. Second hairdresser didn't seem to know what she was doing when drying hair!
