Fantastic! Was offered a cup of tea or coffee as soon as I walked in. Staff were friendly & welcoming, Were happy to give advise. Would highly recommend. Already booked my next appointment 😃

Great service, beautiful pedicure and friendly staff - they even stayed open late to accommodate me after I got stuck in traffic!

I feel Shades are not very professional. Firstly they did not know I was booked in for the pedicure, their computer system was down for 3 days. The equipment that was used was very basic, towels were dye stained, not good at all. Would not use them again.

Another great hair cut at Shades. Steve has cut my hair into a gorgeous bob shape and blow dried and straightened it beautifully. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut now!
