Steve is a very experienced stylist - my hair is at that awkward growing out stage, and I was really happy with the way Steve cut my hair to preserve as much of the length as possible while giving it a much better shape and helping me plan the best way to grow out my short layers. I feel like I have a hairstyle again!

I usually come here to get my eyebrows done - am always asked for my preference (waxed/threaded or both). They do a good job on my eyebrows and check I'm happy first which is good and is happy to put it right. I also had my hair done the same time today, when I asked they said they were happy to fit me in even at such short notice which was good. The stylist who cut my hair did a good job and I was pleased with the results, this was despite me having to repeat what I wanted several times as well as the fact I didn't want a fringe - I believe that this was partly because it would've been quicker to just cut my hair rather than check with me first how I wanted my hair. My point is that I got the impression that even though they stated they were happy to squeeze me in, the staff made it obvious that they wanted to get through the job and rush home! I appreciate that my hair was done at short notice and late in the afternoon however, I would've been just as happy if they had been honest enough to just say they're too busy and asked I arrange on a more convenient day. It kinda spoils the experience when they do a good job at styling but then rush you to the checkout to pay and leave so they can close the salon.
I had done my hd eyebrow and eyelahes in shades. It was amazing experiance.my lahes and eyebrows looking stunning. I highly recommed to everyone go to shades and have done your treatment. Value of money and staff is very friendly.
I had french gel nails done a few weeks ago and my hair coloured and cut this week and the service was excellent. The nails we're done to a brilliant standard and I was really happy with the result. My hair is amazing and the lady took a lot of time and care making sure it was perfect. Considering the price, it is amazing value for money and I will definitely be returning.
