I was in for a grand total of 5.5 hours. Just for highlights. Everything just took ages with no real reason for it. Social distancing was in place and full PPE provided but not told you needed to pay for PPE until treatment had finished. Results were not what I expected or was told I was going to get. Haircut was minimal, asked for a trim and literally got a couple of hairs chopped. Think the lady who did my hair was a trainee aswell which wasn’t identified. Won’t be returning.

When i arrived i was directed to a chair then left briefly, felt unsure as no one explained anything _ once my hair had been washed i was left not knowing what to do as the person left me with wet hair, asked if i could have a towel & given a paper.The person doing my hair was not fully focused, she was also directing a colleague on preparing a hair dye then she walked away briefly to talk to a client. Only wanted a trim but she cut more than I wanted. Overall it was ok but won't be going back.
