I had a great experience in this lovely Italian vibe salon! Everyone was super nice and I'm really really happy about my haircut. The stylist took time to craft an amazing an precise cut. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because unfortunately yesterday they didn't have power and warm water, so of course my experience was effected by that. It wasn't the salon fault though, because they were doing some work on street, and the staff made everything to make me comfortable anyway. So I'll definitely come back!

Lovely staff but so disappointed with my hair. Went in with very specific requests but they weren’t listened too at all and ended up having full head of stripy highlights before having to put a second darker dye on my roots to fulfil my original request.
Never left a negative review before but the service was just not satisfactory and now having to spend another £100+ in another hairdressers to fix my hair :((
