Very disappointed to be told at salon that what I booked and paid for would cost an EXTRA £49. Very poor description online it should have been made much clearer. I’m pleased with my hair but annoyed it cost £85 and not the £36 advertised on Treatwell. I do hope it wasn’t because I’m a teenager and I haven’t been taken advantage of

First walking into Joelle Ezio I was sceptical as I have never been before. But I was instantly hit with a lovely friendly atmosphere and bowls of sweets everywhere, which is definitely a bonus. The staff are italian which makes the brand even more authentic and I felt I travelled to Milan for an hour. The hair wash was amazing as Ricky massaged my head for 5 minutes and I nearly dozed off. Lastly, the blowdry was fantastic and beautiful, just what I wanted for a bargain price. Thank you.

Staff were lovely. My hair came out alright, I was happy in the salon but since leaving I’ve realised the colour is quite brassy/yellow, I’ve had to tone it myself apart from that I had a good experience and felt comfortable.
