Not good whatsoever, before I went it did not say to me that it was no lines in the description and then I asked if I could get a refund and then wasn’t allowed to after paying nearly 40£, they expected to pay 90£ on the day which I had no money at the time and put the pressure on me to pay that. Offered to do a colour that was exact same to my own hair which already has natural highlights. They Complained that I was bothering them when they were the one that was smoking and gossiping outside when I did not know what to do as I didn’t have the funds at that point and did not explain what was involved. Did not get my refund back after I asked for it and was told that o couldn’t get it back when they did not do ANYTHING WHATSOEVER on my hair. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. unacceptable. Disgraceful. Do not recommend, lady was especially rude
