The overall experience has been great, I will definitely go back again! The staff is really welcoming and friendly. I have been explained the treatment and options. They have properly looked after me (coffee included!). I suggest to book an appointment along the week if possible to get the best service.
Great haircut by Alessandro-best I've had for a long while as he really took his time and knew how to cut long hair.

Great experience except at the end. I had selected a treatment that cost £40 but was asked to pay £60! Would think twice about going back.

So happy I found this salon. Lovely, friendly staff, great atmosphere and did a amazing job with my thick curly hair. Will now be my regular salon.
My first Joelle has been amazing, I can`t wait for going one more time and try a different color! staff is extremely kind and they listen to your requests!
