There was a mix-up with my reservation, but the staff did a good job on my haircut and were nice. I will probably give them another chance.

Excellent head massage, very bad blow dry. Asked for body but hair was flat and in ringlets rather than stylish blow dry. I did comment that the brush being used was unusually small and I was concerned about volume, but stylist assured me it would be OK. Disappointing as previous reviews seemed very good. I did try to explain that I did not want ringlets and needed more volume, but the stylist did not seem to understand.

I loved the salon. Girls are very very friendly and made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. The colour is amazing and I am was very happy leaving the salon. Alessandra's head massage is a magic :) will go back with a pleasure. Thank you :)

I had a Joelle hair color last month in order to cover a wrong color done the day before and it was very good, incredibly kind staff, good value for money, definitely come back again
