I was really disappointed. I bought a treatwell voucher for half head of highlights which I assumed included a wash and blow dry afterwards. The blow dry and wash was not included so that was an extra 35 pounds. Additionally the staff almost forced me to get some treatment for the highlights which was an additional 45 pounds. The stylist then said he thought he would put toner in after my highlights, which then mentioned at the end would be an additional 20 pounds. The thing is a scam. You buy something on treatwell looking for a bargain and then pay almost double that again when you go in to the salon. I'm really disappointed and felt that I couldn't object at the time.
