Bad experience - would not recommend! The shampooing and conditioning was rough and very unrelaxing, the very simple trim was preformed to an okay standard, but the trim to to front of my hair (painstakingly growing out a fringe) was awful. I said I just wanted a little off the length, however, she 1) cut it on the side not centre parting which I had never had before (but since coming home have found out why - if you hair falls any other way to the parting she cut it at it looks terrible!) 2) she didnt just trim the shorter bits, but cut into the longer bit of my hair at an angle meaning I now have an odd very long side fringe taking a big chunk out of my hair bulk. I will have to get this fixed somewhere else! I was going to say something about her going into my longer hair (when injustice asked for a tiny bit off the overgrown fringe) but wasnt given the chance before she had already made the cut (too late). I asked for a wavy blow dry (I did not think I needed to say with a brush). Instead what I got was my hair rough dried with a hairdryer. The hairdresser then got out tongs to make it curly, to which I said no I wanted it blow dried with a brush (like a normal blow dry!). At this point she said something to her boss behind her (not in english). The boss told me she wanted to do it with tongs not a brush as the curls wouldn't last. I was made uncomfortable by their unfriendly behaviour after this, and thought that when you went to a hairdressers you got what you wanted and not what the hairdresser did? After this point the hair dresser was unfriendly and was very rough with my hair. The blow dry was not good, it gave my hair zero volume or bounce (as she had already dried it fully). She asked if it was okay but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. Poor communication, odd vibe to the salon, ruined the front of my hair, and a bad blow dry - not what you want to be paying good money for.
