Really disappointed with the service and the cut. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment, and saw someone just being seated by the stylist who was due to cut my hair. I sat for more than 30 minutes, with no apology or explanation. When I finally got in the chair, the stylist was really slow, spending a good 15 minutes using clippers on the side of my head, despite me politely telling her that I was by now running a bit late. Near the end of my cut, manager eventually apologised for the delay. Haircut wasn’t really what I asked for, so won’t be returning. Salon itself was modern and generally clean.
