Staff really friendly and nice! I like my balayage but unfortunately the dye hasn't made a huge difference to my hair and looks quite similar to before I had it done. I wanted to be a lot more blonder than how it turned out
Very friendly people! Haircut was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it. Hair up was also wonderful and perfect for a night out.
The staff is so nice and welcoming! I loved my haircut and Alessandra had great techniques.
Genuinely the loveliest people around! Such wonderful service, the haircut was perfect and just what I was looking for, they really listen to what you want and are careful to make sure they do it right! I had francesco and he was lovely, very professional but also an absolute pleasure to talk to! Absolutely brilliant service. The staff were all so friendly and took time to understand exactly what i was looking for. Not sure i can go anywhere else now! Best salon experience for talent and understanding. Salon itself is quite basic but don't let that fool you- thess people are seriously talented!
