Great balayage. I wasn’t sure about the shade for a couple of days, but I came back and they happily fixed it. Looks better now!
I was a little concerned when I entered Shades to get a new Balayage because I've had a very bad experience in the past. From the beginning, Nikki made sure that there is no reason for me to worry. We discussed the colour that I wanted for my balayage and she explained to me that the technique she uses cannot cause a line of colour but automatically has a fading effect. She was right! I am absolutely happy with the result and will definitely be back.

Very nice staff and strive for excellent service.
Unfortunately colour did not turn not out the way I asked for, despite a few attempts.
Still recommend them just don't settle for less (as I did) until you are happy. I am sure they would try until you are satisfied. I just did not have the time to go back a third time.

The highlights are really nice but I wasn’t asked if I wanted the toner to be added to the treatment which was then to be payed as an extra. Then I asked for a straight blow dry and it was done nicely but quite quickly and without a hair straightener finish. I Had to pay 40% more on top of what I already payed through the app for the highlights.
I’m sorry but I wasn’t impressed at all with the final price and it made me feel like I was mislead by the competitive price showed on the app.
