My second visit to the salon and Sara was amazing from entering the door and throughout the entire process. Very professional and a warm and welcoming environment. The hair has been a work in progress and Sara was honest and open from the start, delivering a quality service on both visits. My new hairdresser's has been decided. Five stars all round.

Great experience - very kind, really attentive to my hair. My hair feels much more healthy! Very relaxed experience - no rush, gave me Oreos and tea when I arrived. Overall recommend.
This was my first visit in this salon and my experience was very pleasant. Sara was my hairdresser and I agree with previous reviews where she is rated very high among customers. She certainly knows her job well.
I was however not happy as other customers before me when I read the reviews with paying an extra £20
for a toner. I believe that should be included in the price whether some customers need or not and I have a feeling that this salon charges an extra £20 to a lots of customers as I have noticed that lady who sat next to me was asked to pay an extra £20 also for a toner.
This is on the request of the boss of the salon to charge an extra £20 and not the girls who are doing the hair.
I was offered coffee and the biscuits while my hair was done which was lovely.
My trousers got damaged by colour in the salon as I didn’t have long apron over me. Sara said sorry and offered to clean them if the stains didn’t come off by washing them in the washing machine.
