Great colour :-)
Sara is a great professional and has done exactly what I asked for. She uses multiple colors when doing a balayage which makes the result look very natural. I would absolutely recommend this saloon and will return again myself!
Bad hair colour and made me pay extra 20£ for a toner they applied 2 min
It’s always a gamble trying new places but I must say this paid off and Sara was really skilled and really understood what I wanted. Very happy with final result and thank you to Alberto for tackling the challenge of blow drying my hair (which is plentiful) he did a great job with great volume. Will return . Thank you
I came in for a beleyage / ombré change to my hair. I asked to have dark roots and for the colour to fade out into as bright a blonde as realistically possible. I also asked to have my ends generously trimmed as they were very dry. First lady cut them to the point where i said it was good and I wouldn’t want it any shorter. After colour, another lady cut my hair into more of a shape and a V cut. She took off sooo much more, I don’t know why they didn’t go with one length from the start. I was after a very specific look, described with as many pictures and technical terms as possible. I’ve been having my hair done for years in a particular way so I knew what to point out and what to ask. But I honestly came out with the exact same colour just half the hair on my head. The cut was also blunt and terrible, no layering or making it light and fluffy. I started tearing up in the chair and the hairdresser said she’ll rebook me with the master technician. She explained the situation to the manager over the phone so I called up and asked for a re-booking, they said they would call me back after they’ve handled it on their side. To this day no call, voicemail or text message. let’s be frank as a full time working mum and part time student I don’t have the time to be chasing for these things and making subsequent booking when they messed up in the first place.
