I went for a balayage treatment on a Sunday morning. There was one other customer so the salon was very quiet but this was a positive thing as I had full attention from the hairdresser. Although communication was a bit difficult, Sara is a good colourist and the head massage was a lovely touch when she washed my hair. Annoyingly I had to pay £20 on top of the online prepayment for toner which was not mentioned on Treatwell or at any point during my booking process. It was a bit disappointing because the day I chose to go (a weekend day) already increased the price.
I am very happy with my highlights, which were done amazingly quickly and efficiently, without the need to discuss our upcoming holiday plans.
The only negatives would be a bit of a lack of ambience (though I did go in the evening), no offer for a drink, and the hairdresser was a bit rough with my hair.
Sara is a star! I had my haircut, shades and blow dry last time with her and was super happy - So my partner visited on this occasion and the man haircut was perfect as well. Highly recommended :)

Love the balayage, well blended and looks natural which is exactly what I asked for.
I emphasised that I didn’t want much cutting off the length and the hairdresser only took a tiny bit off so I felt like overall she had done exactly what I asked for.
Sara is a professional colorist, she is quick and does a mean bayalage, using three different shades! Was very happy with the final result.
