I asked for voluminous curls for an event. The hairdresser used a straightener and gave me mild waves on the basis that my hair would gain volume throughout the evening because it was naturally curly. It just got flatter and flatter. I had flagged that as an issue but was dismissed. I was distracted and didn't want an argument, and really wasn't impressed. I paid for a senior stylist and honestly expected better. :(

First off, all of the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. Secondly, Dimo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He completely transformed my hair after it had been ruined by a different hairdressers. I’m so glad I have found Dimo. Dimo really listens and gives the best advice for your preferences/hair length. Thank you SO much Dimo, I will be back soon. ❤️
