Superb! Anna is very warm and friendly. She was absolutely fab: cleaned and cut away all my cuticles without cutting me, gave great nail tips. I went for a shellac manicure and the results are gorgeous. All the staff were lovely, offered me refreshments. The vibe of the salon is modern and fresh. A nice calm from the bust London streets. I will be returning for more treatments x Thanks Anna x
Gel Nails Manicure
The actual hair cut was good and quickly done. However i found the salon unfriendly and a bit cold. My appointment was booked for 1645 but was rung to ask if i could swap stylists which i did not mind and to come earlier. I said i could try but could not make any promises. When i left for the salon, i telephoned out of courtsey to say i wpuld be there for 1645 as i could not get there earlier. The man on reception was a bit kurt, had no idea about my booking and then accused me of being late. I was the one trying to be accomodating but felt scolded by them. It was an incredibly hot that day.Their air conditioning did work but was not offered a drink until 45 minutes into my appointment. Maurizio the stylist was technically very good but when he had finished he didn't escort me to the till or to anyone. I felt a bit in limbo..all other times i have always had at least a goodbye.
