Brilliant! Had a cut and blow dry with the lovely Lauren and she was fantastic. She really knows her stuff. She gave some helpful tips throughout the treatment and advised on the best look for my hair type and face shape. Would 100% recommend.

This was our first time vising Shadi Salon. The salon itself is great, conveniently located in Central. There were a few ups and down moment.
We had booked a "The Man himself haircut for men" - According to the treatwell website - this includes a haircut and a beard.
We had a wonderful barber called Alaa who did an absolute perfectionist job on my hair/beard. He went far as giving me a facial treatment, including scrub, multiple hot towels & ear cleaning - Something that wasn't asked by us but as a nice gesture. This was highly appreciated. One could tell he had great knowledge in the men's haircutting area.
However, now comes the down side. Apart from the great haircut and wonderful services, in the end we were asked to pay 24 GBP more for the beard. We personally don't mind paying the money however highlighted to them that in the treatwell website the beard was included. They said yes you booked "with the man haircut" and it does say beard included so we will only charge you £7 more. We paid that as we were happy with the haircut itself.
However in hindsight, there were a few things I didn't appreciate. It was not our fault that treatwell had listed beard included in the description and having paid 42GBP for the haircut already, we shouldn't have had to pay more. Also, it was only later on we realised that we were a bit deceived. I think they had already realised that the haircut was not with the owner (A thought that didn't occur to us previously) but with Alaa. Personally, we didn't mind that because he did a great job but it would have been nice if they pointed it out and not charged as much because his charges are 30GBP I believe. I do not want to offend anyone based on ranks but overall though the haircut was fantastic, I don't think it was right for us to be charged 42GBP instead of 30GBP and extra 7GBP for beard as it was wrongly described on the website.
We do not mean to offend the services, but though fantastic haircut but we were disappointed with an extra hefty price tag.
