Outstanding customer service - where the customer is made to feel king - literally. Shadi is a gem and deserves the praise awarded him for both skilled styling and an ambience that is unique at a value price. Best kept secret in London but will hopefully be more widely appreciated shortly. Brilliant haircut by a genuis stylist.

I was a little bit dubious about spending for a haircut, but this time I felt like it could also be an opportunity to experience something more. I found Shadi's tailored combo with arm massage on Treatwell and thought I'd give it a try. I must say he exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Not only was the cut very well executed, but Shadi's eagerness to make me feel comfortable (coffee, arm massage, scalp massage) and his evident passion for his job made it the best haircut of my life! I'll definitely come back, though my hair isn't growing as fast as it used to unfortunately!
