I wanted layers but the stylist said no so I just got a trim and thinning. Not really happy as not what I wanted
Ali did a great job. He was very contentious and cared much about doing a great job - and that's despite my appointment running past the shop closing hours. He also clearly cared about the long-term health of my hair, and helped me understand what I need to do so that I can achieve both healthy hair and a great colour.
