I tried Shadi for the first time as I really didn’t like the colour my old highlights were turning. Matteucz took the time to speak to me, understand what I wanted, and suggested a new course of action that turned out absolutely amazing! He knew the right solution and executed it perfectly, and in the time frame I had. I am thrilled and will always come back to him!
