Friendly staff member, though the lighting in the treatment room was very poor and I couldn't really see the colour of my brows or the detail of the wax until I returned home. Should have been slightly darker tint, and the waxing left a red welt under one brow, which only disappeared the following day. The therapist even said she wasn't happy with the product she was using or with the tools, which wasn't very comforting! Quite disappointed overall, as it wasn't up to the standard I've received from other salons.
Very clean and relaxing atmosphere! Great staff too! Love it
