I am a regular visitor to the spa because of the fantastic service and relaxing environment. On this occasion the treatments were running about 15 minutes behind schedule, and with an unmanned reception I was a little anxious I had got my booking wrong! However once in my nail appointment I really appreciated the care of the application and high quality finish of my nails. The beautician was warm and attentive and I will be back again! Thank you

I am now a regular guest at Shakina Spa. I have to say it usually is high class standard but this time I was a bit disappointed. I asked the therapist for a very firm massage but was very soft. I then followed by the pedicure, which was overall nice even though I felt that the therapist didn’t do all the steps. It was still a nice experience but next time I go I will insist on a firm massage as I feel this was a shame as not what I was expecting.
