Don’t go there. Worst facial ever. No exfoliation/face mask more of a head massage that hurt.
This has been the worst facial I have ever received. Though I was greeted warmly, everything else about the experience was unprofessional. My express facial was rushed to 15 minutes when it was supposed to last for 25. My skin looked worse after the facial than it did walking into it. In fact it seemed more like a head massage than a facial. The facial did not have key components like pore extractions nor was the neck included. Everything was half asked and more of a facade. The free drink I received in order to rectify the situation left me feeling even worse as I feel my bad experience was not taken seriously - you really do get what you pay for.
