It was a painful experience as the staff did not know how to do the waxing, she keep using the same paper until it is stuck in my leg and cannot be removed easily which caused me pain and bruises. I thought a spa in a hotel should be more professional.

Lovely friendly female staff and environment which felt luxurious and very clean. More expensive than my usual waxing place but guess that's because you're paying for the luxurious environment. Would definitely buy as a gift or return for a special occasion. Also was impressed with their flexibility in accommodating a last minute booking. Thanks!
