I have continued to have wonderful treatments with Zannah, who has a real gift. Her touch is intuitive and her presence restful, supportive and reassuring. Recently I have also had a couple of massages from Jake. He is equally as well qualified but specialises in sports massage. His treatment of my aching and restricted shoulder, using cups as well as massage, was excellent. The joint immediately felt less painful and Jake's advice on regular exercises to ease the restriction were very helpful. Just to add, the treatment room at Beta Ki has a wonderfully calm and peaceful atmosphere that helps you relax as soon as you walk in. Highly recommended.
