Really disappointing. Water not working so my hair was rinsed with a kettle! Not the salons fault, but feel I should have been called and consulted in advance (I would have cancelled). Because of this my hair wasn’t washed thoroughly and became greasy after 4 days (blow drys normally last at least a 8 days on my hair). Was also told I’d have to pay extra to have the style I wanted despite not being given a proper wash and condition. Wouldn’t recommend.
