I requested a full head tint to remove the warmth in my hair with an ash tone. The colour came out in one very dark block, completely washing me out. When I relayed my concerns I was simply told to “use Head & Shoulders to lighten it.” I was also left with numerous stains in my hairline. Finally, even though I had pre-paid, I was told I had to pay a £10 surcharge for long hair, which wasn’t advertised. I ended up going to another salon to fix the colour at a hefty price of £122. Never again!
