Both the hollywood wax and eyebrow services were professionally delivered. I've been a regular customer for over 5 years and keep returning for the following reasons. 1) The staff are attentive and friendly 2) The services are always delivered professionally 3) the products used are always top quality. 4) the location is convenient right on morden high street which is ideal for me. I would recommend to anyone.

Really loved my experience at herbalworld. Had booked my bikini wax which i am so scared of but shaamy made me so comfortable and relaxed and my God what an efficient lady, literally took her 4 mins. And my eyebrows which were in hell bad shape from going to different places, not only she corrected the shape but advised me how to maintain them properly. DEFINITELY going back. Also the place was very neat and clean.

I've have contacted the salon over a month ago to let them know that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the service provided but I have never received a reply. I was overcharged for the Brazilian wax as I was told what I wanted was a Hollywood (no other salon does Hollywood this way & I've been waxing for over 6 years). some areas were completely missed despite half an hour left in my appointment time. The prices advertised on treatwell were different to the prices in the salon and yet the price difference charged didn't match any pricelist. someone kept knocking the door and the lady was answering it without covering me on more than one occasion which is unacceptable. additionally it felt like she just wanted to be done with me/get rid of me asap. it wasn't a nice visit at all which also coated me dearly. I'm sorry I will not be visiting again and as such I'm unable to recommend this place.
