I can highly recommend Gerry. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helps you understand and work on the causes of your pain or tension as well as working on your body to relax and relieve pain and help you heal.

Gerry was just amazing. He took the time to truly understand my day to day activities that were contributing to muscle strain, as well as any other stressors. From here he talked me through his proposed treatment, and went above and beyond to ease my aches and pains and provide me with information about how I can care for myself at home. I can't wait to return for ongoing support - highly recommend.

Gerry listened to what I needed and worked on what I asked. He took the time to work on specific muscles and adjusted the pressure I needed. He is a very good massage therapist and and I would recommend him if you need someone who cares about you and your body.

Gerry is great. He knows how to help you to help yourself by carefully working with you to deal with any pain or discomfort you have. Often there is an underlying condition. He deals with the whole person as opposed to the aching limb. He has a sensitive and caring approach, very professional yet friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with pain of any kind.
