Shantay is a really lovely beautician who immediately puts you at ease however, the gel nails that I had done here were really poor quality. The nail paint was poor quality, the UV lamp really old and had a low wattage (it didn’t dry the nails) and hence I’ve left with lumpy nails. Really disappointed as as I said, Shantay was really friendly and kind. She offered me a full refund as I wasn’t satisfied with the nail treatment.
On the other hand the threading services they offer are superb and I would 100% recommend the threading treatments.
