I have been to this hairdresser for the first time. I would have been satisfied about the treatment if the price initially supposed to be £35.00 could remain what we agreed.I received a msg the day after I booked the appointment to let me know about a change in price as it added £15.00 for the blow dry apparently not included (this info was not provided correctly). Although it was unexpected I did accept and I carried on with the appointment (last minute it would have been anyway difficult to find a replacement). At the end of the service I ended up pay £65.00: £30.00 more than what I was meant to pay initially!This was very disappointing and it has been the down side of this adventure which probably I will not repeat. It is a shame as I could have been a loyal customer as the hairdresser is quite close to my place and I really like the treatment itself. I did not find professional changing the price after a customer book for a price already given and not for a small difference: it was £30 extra!!what a slap!! :((
