Viviana was very kind, although she made some comments or suggestions about need for treatments that I need to have done ( have very scarce hair, quite fair colour, and no one ever suggested me laser because wouldn't work fine on me).apart from that the lycos wax really is an upgrade and works nice on my delicate skin (no prolonged red marks afterwards), maybe a bit pricey....
