This was my first time here and the staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with my eyelashes. Although it was quicker than expected they looked so natural and I was happy.
Classic Lashes
I would have rate 4 if l wouldn’t have had a few bruise and if she would have gave me some refreshing lotion after wax. Also the lady Alexa was lovely but didn’t have enough time so she was saying :l am l don’t think l can’t do that cause l don’t have enough time and is not part of the area l have to wax. It was as it’s part of bikini area. At the end she was nice she did it and she gave something to clean but after that she just ran away and l asked if she had something lotion after wax she only gave me wipes to clean. When she left and l found out there was a lotion but finished l just have taken whatever from what was remaining. l know she was in a rush but she could have provided me at least the lotion to refresh considering that it was all red there (Brazilian wax).
Apart that Alexa was lovely and caring and saying nice words and waiting whenever l was feeling pain after. The receptionist was nice but she could have done better as l was knowing they do discount for birthdays she could have had already gave me my one for next time as my birthday is in August instead saying you will see it in your emails.Apart that she was nice.
