I have been to this salon about 4 times before and have a good experience, however this time the hollywood wax I had was not good. Every time I've visited i have had a different member of staff but I feel this one was not as experienced. The wax kept getting stuck and then wouldn't come off properly which made it much more painful, plus a delivery man came in half way through and as it was late, my therapist was the only staff member at the salon, therefore had to go and attend to the delivery man when he came through the door meanwhile I had hot wax on me and she also left the door open... I felt this was unprofessional and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Sadly after this experience I will probably not return to this salon.
