Tom started Sharp Movement in 2018 with the goal of helping people move better, whether it be circus mastery or a couch-to-5k. His own experiences with high level sports (as well as serious injury) give him the background to help clients with a variety of needs. He enjoys rock climbing and circus acrobatics, but simply loves human movement, so whatever your goals or injuries, Tom will be determined to find a treatment and exercise program that works for you.
With Sharp Movement Sports Massage, your recovery is in safe hands. Whether your goal is pain-free gardening or circus mastery, their sports massage treatments will help you on your way.
