If you were looking for someone knowledgeable, professional and passionate about their craft. Set up all your in-going sessions with James or Tom. As a consistent athlete, we need someone who has attention to detail and is fully involved ‘ interested in the human body. I would trust James as my consistent therapist if I lived in London.

Had a really great session with James. Incredibly knowledgeable & knew exactly how to get straight to the core of all my issues, both in a pinpointed sense & an overall way. Was very considerate & inquisitive about all the specific issues & how we were progressing as the session went on, which makes for a really tailor made way of working & sent me away with some stuff to work on. Also super personable and just generally all around 10/10. Will definitely be back & would definitely recommend.
