I came in with pictures and thorough explanation of what I wanted, I left with an asymmetrical, patchy haircut that I spent 35 pounds on. I really wish I could ask for a refund, but I left in a hurry

Millie has been cutting my hair for 15 years. She's super skilled, talented and knows her stuff so won't let you go home without a perfectly cut, cool haircut... and she has the best banter. Love her!
