Booked online for a special occasion but then had a phone call to rebook as the appmt I’d booked wasn’t available and there wasn’t another for the same day. As I’d already paid online I had to re-book for the day AFTER my event! 😬at the end of the appmt when I’d left the therapist came to find me in another part of the store to ask me to pay! Please sort out your online booking (or suspend it) and payment systems to avoid future frustration and embarrassment!
Weird environment. I felt like an inconvenience, technician was unfriendly and cold. No pre or post chat about follow up care re the dye etc. The eyebrow
station was covered in dye and looked unclean. Overall unpleasant experience.
