My therapist was really lovely but her English wasn't very good so it was hard to ask specific questions about my eyebrows. For the price that the studio charge (a whopping £18), I expected a much better environment and experience. You have your eyebrows threaded on the shop floor and she was treating two of us at once. I also disliked the huge emphasis on buying their products. They could improve their service by creating a more private/luxurious space, offering drinks, improving customer care.
