Lady was nice but she did a terrible job threading my eyebrows and upper lip. She left so many scratches and bleeding areas on my eyebrows and upper lip and they are still present several days later. She made my eyebrows super skinny when I said I just wanted a clean up of stray hairs. I was so disappointed as I am a regular threader and went every month in London with no disappointment. This was my first experience in Edinburgh and I would NOT recommend, especially as it was expensive at £29

Although in a store (Harvey Nichols) relaxing, as treatment took place in a chair that reclined right back......
