I have been using shavata Harvey Nichols in Leeds for 7 years . I travel a round trip of 80miles!! It is a professional place with friendly staff . I was very reassured after returning from lockdown with the hygiene procedures that were in place.Shabana, the lady who does my brows is lovely , professional and friendly and is an expert with my brows!! Thankyou , I highly recommend.
All fine with the treatment but between the time I booked and paid, and my appointment, the prices have been HIKED from £18 to £28 (!). I got a phone call asking me to return and pay the difference. I did, because I wouldn’t want anyone to get into trouble, but I’m far from impressed and won’t be returning.
It was clear my therapist was inexperienced/new to the business. Checking in took way too long because she was struggling to input my information into the system ( and yet I had already provided this information when booking). She also initially threaded my eyebrows two different shapes and was going to keep going so I had to correct her. I still think this is a good place to go, just not with this therapist.
