Not sure why you would bother making an appointment, as when I arrived the one lady working was well into another client and told me she would be 20 minutes.

Love Shavata normally. This time felt a bit rushed. Like the lady wanted me in and out as quickly as possible - and as such when I got home I found a few hairs that had been missed. But I am a regular customer and the lady who normally does them for me is a star. So I will of course be going back.
