Felt very relaxed for first ever treatment, totally kept informed of procedure, made to feel special !
The staff are very knowledgable and take time to explain what you should do, and what you should not do, to achieve the eyebrows you want. And the end result is excellent. It is more expensive than most places, but it’s worth it.
The therapist was very friendly and made recommendations on maintaining my eyebrows. She checked that I was happy with what she was doing during the treatment and that I was happy after she’d finished. Overall a good experience.
